COVID-19 requires additional health protocols. Follow all instructions sent with your confirmation. There is more information about my clinic and COVID-19 protocols below.
Do not book an appointment if you are not feeling well. Reschedule if you have an existing appointment and start with symptoms.
For those clients with insurance, I am now able to direct bill your treatments to virtually all insurance companies:
Green Shield, Canada Life, Manulife, Sun Life, and many more.
This means no, or low, out of pocket payments for you!
You are an active person who knows massage helps you stay in top form, recover from injuries, and reduce everyday aches, pain and stress. By listening carefully to your health goals, performing orthopedic tests and analyzing this information, I create with you a personalized treatment plan that gets you back to the activities you love.
Being very active, I know what it feels like to be sidelined by pain. To keep me in the game I turn to massage again and again. I will help you get back in the game using current, science-informed practices.
Regular massage allows you to be resilient in the face of whatever life throws your way. Using my ever-expanding knowledge of human physiology, pathology and the science behind healing, I will help you keep doing the things you love to do.
I start with a consultation followed by orthopedic testing, active release, range of motion, and/or joint mobilization techniques. A massage follows using a variety of Swedish massage, deep fascial, lymphatic drainage, and trigger point techniques. Before you leave, you are given exercises and home care instructions.
The last week of each month I will be updating my schedule for the next month.
My calendar now includes Oct.6 - Nov. 6, 2020
Along with my weekly schedule, I have treatment times available most Sundays of this month.
Click on the BOOK ONLINE button at the top of this website to select a date and time.
Your first appointment will be one hour and includes a review of your health history form, analysis of your main concern, a massage and home care instructions.
36 Stuyvesant Place, London, Ontario
My clinic is located in Westmount, just east of the intersection at Wonderland Rd. South and Viscount Rd.
I operate my clinic out of my home so you need to know there are pets in the house, although never in the therapy room. If you have allergies to cats and dogs you may wish to take an antihistamine before arriving. Alternately, you may need to choose a different clinic.
If arriving by car, please park in the driveway and I will come out to welcome you and do a last COVID-19 screening which includes taking and recording your temperature using a touchless thermometer.
My dog thinks he is my doorbell and will bark once or twice when you come in the front door. Please ignore him and he will quiet down.
There are two steps up to get into the house. My house does not have a level, wheelchair accessible entry.
Please take your shoes off and place them on the rack in the foyer.
There is hand sanitizer for use before and after your treatment.
Massage therapy clients must wear a face mask, if tolerated, while in the clinic.
I will be wearing a new surgical mask for each treatment.
There are 30 minutes between clients to reduce the chance clients will cross paths, and to allow me time for the higher level of cleaning needed to maintain a therapy room safer from COVID-19.
Thank you for choosing me as your Massage Therapist.
I appreciate the precautions you take to keep us all healthy.
